tGELF
The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) is a program initiative of
The Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation whose vision is to nurture young ethical leaders that will be future agents of change. tGELF has a unique value based curriculum, state-of-the-art training and world class assessments All students of grades 8,9 and 10 are exposed to the concepts of leadership, with specific focus on the values underlying true leadership. The curriculum is aligned with the school calendar and syllabi. Regular classroom sessions, aimed at promoting ethical leadership, encourage students to awaken to their responsibilities towards self and the community at large..Post class 10, the Programme identifies potential leaders through rigorous evaluation procedures and consistent performance spread over 2-3 years of participation in the Programme. Selected students in grade 11 and 12 are then groomed and mentored to shape them into future young leaders. In class 12 the young leaders are mentored into exemplary leaders. They are provided with opportunities in all sectors including participation in domestic and international leadership workshops and seminars. In it’s endeavour to nurture global citizens with a strong and ethical leadership foundation, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Vidyalaya has successfully been conducting the tGELF program from grade 8 to 12 since the academic year 2009-10.
